I have received a letter from you, who are you?

We are a Swedish company that creates training using interactive, gamified methods for learning. Our courses are delivered online via the web, and you can use a mobile phone, tablet, or computer to take them. You can take the courses at any time and at your own pace.

You have received a letter from us because the company or organization you belong to has purchased a course from us. If you are unsure whether the letter you received is legitimate, please contact your HR manager or, if you are a larger company, the training manager to check whether this is real.

Due to the security settings in your email program, links may sometimes be removed. However, where the button would have been, you will see a long web address. You can easily cut it out by selecting the address (the entire address) and then paste the address into a regular web browser to go there.

How do I get an account with you to take the courses?

If you have been told to take a course with us but do not know how, it is easy. The company has sent us your email address. You should have received a welcome letter from us at the email address you provided to your company. Sometimes the welcome letter ends up in your spam folder, so if you cannot find it, take a look there.

The letter contains a button that you should click and then choose a password. After that, you will go directly to the courses you are to take. If you cannot find the button, there will instead be a link that you can copy and then paste into a web browser.

I have completed all the courses, what should I do now?

Congratulations!

If you have completed the courses, you can feel proud and relax; your company will receive a report automatically that you have completed the courses. However, do not forget to download the diplomas you have earned. You never know when they may come in handy.

I have forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password, it is very easy. Go to the homepage at https://www.educatesmart.com/.

There, click on ”Forgot Password” and then you will be taken to a page where you should enter the email address you have given to your company.

Then go to your email. You should have received a letter there with further instructions and a link. That link takes you to a page where you can enter a new password.
